Hospitality Catering Design and Project Managment

Consultation Stage

From our initial meeting with our clients our sales & project team will draw out as much information as possible to understand and offer the best solution to fit the needs of our clients business. This requires an understanding of everything from the covers requiring service to the product being delivered to their customer.


Design Stage

Once we have an understanding of the client’s needs we go on to translate this information into exciting reality using our state of the art CAD drawing software. We can produce 2D and 3D drawings as well as rendered visuals bringing our designs to life, helping our clients to see the ideas taking shape. As well as liaising closely with the client throughout the entire project we maintain a close working relationship with the client’s architect, monitoring and responding to any changes in the proposed layout.

From Design to Creation

Following client approval, our design team will work closely with our project managers to ensure total customer satisfaction.


Project Managment

One of the principal key strengths is the project management we offer. Our team of staff will co-ordinate the project from start to finish liaising with other contractors to ensure the smooth running and planning of the installations


Delivery with Care

Our internal sales administration team co-ordinate our delivery vehicles operated by drivers who are used to handling large pieces of specialist equipment across the entire UK and beyond.


Installation Process

Once equipment reaches the site our skilled and qualified catering engineers will check, unpack position, install and test the equipment to ensure the smooth handover of a completed facility.


Following the installation handover we can provide staff training on operating and cleaning procedures, and supply comprehensive operating manuals for future reference.


Service and Warranty

Unless otherwise stated all our equipment comes with 1 years Part and Labour warranty (up to 5 years parts on certain lines). After the warranty period has ended this is not the end of our commitment we will provide ongoing service and parts support to the equipment we have supplied.

Every client that we meet has a different requirement, from a café requiring light duty back bar equipment to restaurants and hotels requiring modular medium or heavy duty equipment with convection and combinations ovens. We will tailor a package to suit your needs and will call upon our many suppliers including Bertos, Electrolux, Rational, Hobart, Garland, Frymaster and Lincat to help to deliver the right solution. Whether you operate a small pub, restaurant or a large staff catering operation and are washing up for 50 or 5000 diners you can be confident we have the right machine for you. We offer complete solutions in warewashing including drop off tables with scrapping rings with in built cutlery savers to dishwash and pot washing solutions and exit drop off table and conveyors. We can also offer waste management and storage areas within your solution. We will ensure all required features are built into the overall design using only the best quality manufacturing from our suppliers such as Hobart, Electrolux, Classeq and Winterhalter.

We have a full and comprehensive range of refrigeration solutions from the smallest undercounter refrigerator to the largest purpose built walkin coldroom, blast chillers and freezers we also offer a full range of front of house refrigerated display counters, you can be sure that we have the right product to suit your needs. Increasingly, with a focus on ‘green’ relating to reducing C02, we can offer a huge choice of environmentally friendly refrigeration which is CFC free and using hydrocarbon gases - some of which now qualify for Government grant aid. As part of our commitment to these issues, we ensure that only the most efficient products are sourced from suppliers such as Foster, Afinox and Electrolux.

Extraction Canopies, Storage Solutions and Stainless Steel Fabrication

We design, plan and manufacturer a full array of fabrication solutions from extraction and air input canopies to benches, sinks, wall shelves and other ‘bespoke’ products such as hot cupboards and dishwash tabling. This enables us to make the best possible use of valuable floorspace. We use only high quality stainless steel with a high quality finish. in addition to our fabrication we have a full range of adjustable shelving solutions to fit your needs.

Food Service Displays, Counters and Bar Systems

Part of the project solution we can offer includes front of house servery and bar areas, for this we offer a full range of refrigerated, heated and ambient display counters, which can be built into bespoke fabricated counters. We also have a lot of experience in the design of back bar solutions using fabricated bar systems incorporating, sinks, ice wells, glasswash stations, till points and glass storage, with a bar support system to easily create exciting bar solutions.
