SOUL: the DROP IN well, top and display units are conceived to perform correct conservation of hot food during self- or assisted service. They fit in whatever environment and design. Extreme versatility is the hallmark of these units that can be supplied either to be fitted to a counter or even fitted to an independent frame with wheels to encase in accordance with customer requirement. Extreme versatile products, they can be supplied either to be fitted into a counter or a furniture, or even on an independent frame with wheels which can be encased upon the customer needs.

• Drop in units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be supplied with hot halogen lamps for warming units.

• Heated Bainmarie wet well which helps to conserve the food in the pans.

• All wells are welded with a rounded and diamond-cut shaped bottom panel to ease the water discharge and for a perfect cleaning and hygiene.

• The digital electronic display which shows the conservation temperature, distinguish itself from the traditional displays because the characters are 30% bigger, making the reading easier and more immediate.

• Each unit is supplied with an independent control panel and a cable 1,5 mt long.

• Bain Marie units are supplied with automatic water filling and water level control as standard features, the water drainage is performed with an overflow pipe.

• The well is suitable for GN pans (H 200mm max) with the pan housing 25 mm lowered from the top to better preserve even the food at top of the pan
